This centrally located hotel occupies a former linen factory from the 19th century in the immediate vicinity of an underground station, letting you reach all sights of Vienna quickly.

The city centre and Schönbrunn Palace can both be reached by public transport from the Fabrik in about 7 minutes.

Hotel Fabrik offers comfortable non-smoking rooms with air conditioning, flat screen TV, and a quiet location facing the interior courtyard. The cosy lobby has an open fireplace and free wireless internet access.

You can leave you bike at the bicycle rack in the yard of our Hotel. Please bring your own locker with you .

Is there a parking area belonging to the hotel or nearby? Is it possible to book a quiet room facing the inner courtyard?

We have got a small parking area in the court, these places cannot be booked in advance and could be taken advantage of upon arrival with a parking ticket from the reception. Costs: EUR 19,-/24 h. All our rooms are facing the court and are quiet.

Located minutes from two underground stations, tramline and busstops. Very easy access to everywhere. Courtyard is a lovely surprise when you go through the front arch. Hotel staff were a real pleasure to meet every day.

Breakfast was best of my 2 week trip in Europe.My room was large,bed was comfortable.l had a wet room.Taxi driver who took me there from train station told me would be very noisy but for 3nights l never heard a sound.Not even from other people.Highly recommended.

Overall Hotel Fabrik was a Great Place to stay.

The hotel had a beautiful courtyard with lots of trees and other plants. . Inside it was extremely well maintained. Our room was very quiet and breakfast was excellent. The tube station to the Center is just a few minutes walk away.

Sadly,the immediate surrounding area ( neighbourhood) of the hotel is a bit tired looking.

Very Good

SUPERRRRR breakfast (quality and choice) and hotel well connected with the center of the city. Interesting neighborhood, very peculiar. Staff (family run) is so friendly and lovely, a hotel to return to and feel at home!

the fact that you have to request to have an extra blanket(down filled comforter) or pillow at the reception It woudl preferable to have it already in the room, and a double room with single occupancy should have two blankets (on both sides) as otherwise the room looks extremely SAD and incomplete. This is not a complaint, just a headsup to the structure,

Wonderful

The staff is very friendly and helpful; it makes such a difference staying at a family-run hotel. The rooms have sufficient space for two and are cozy. Breakfast is plentiful and there are many choices. The location is quiet and convenient, both for Uber and for public transportation. The hotel restaurant is convenient, although closed on weekends.

Well decorated and clean and easy to get to via tram and underground.

The heating failed on our second night and wasn't repaired before we left a day and night later. While it's understandable that these things happen, the staff weren't particularly helpful in taking steps to ensure that guests remained comfortable. Because the reception wasn't manned 24 hours, guests were denied access to the reception area (the only heated area) and the lack of tea/coffee making facilities meant that hot drinks were not made available either. Complaints were met with a "what can I do about it" shrug and additional bedding (required to keep warm) was only provided after being requested just as the staff were leaving for the night (nothing was offered voluntarily). When my friend asked to speak to the manager, she was fobbed off that nobody else is available to address her complaints. She was told that as we hadn't booked the Hotel directly, and had used Booking.com, we should address our complaints to Booking.com! If the heating hadn't failed, we would have rated this hotel as very good and reasonably priced. However, for unheated bedrooms in the middle of winter, it did not meet the standards that we expected for the price that we paid. Also, the standard of service by the staff when dealing with an unfortunate breakdown was not what I'd expect - a lot more should have been done without waiting for the guests to complain.

Good semi-central location, but not walking distance to anything if you're visiting as a tourist. Otherwise a good basic hotel with a helpful staff.
